Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred just after 11:30 Saturday morning in the 1100 block of West 5th Street.
Police located a 46-year-old male gunshot victim. Radio traffic from the scene indicated that the victim may have driven himself to the hospital.
Officials said the man is listed in stable condition at an area hospital.
