Dover – Rescue crews from the Cheswold Fire Company, American Legion Ambulance, and Kent County Medics are responding to Route 1 NB in the area of Fast Landing Road for an injury accident.
Caller is advising a vehicle is off the roadway.
First arriving Trooper is reporting patient is seriously injured.

Update: 7:10 am – Command advising Trooper 4 will be utilized for transport – Landing Zone (LZ) will be Fast Landing Road at the Hazel Farms development. Road being shut down now.
Update: 7:19 am – Trooper 4 has landed at the scene.
Update: 7:30 am – Patient en route to LZ via ambulance.
Update: Trooper 4 has lifted off from the scene and is en route to the trauma center.
