Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred at approximately 7:10 Thursday night in the 600 block of East 22nd Street.
Police said they located 43-year-old Levonne Kellam suffering from gunshot wounds. She was transported to the hospital where she succumbed to her injuries. Police also located a 50-year-old female gunshot victim who was transported to the hospital and is listed in stable condition.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
