Gibson was taken into custody without incident, and was found to be wearing a ballistic vest and was in possession of a loaded firearm as well as ammunition, a knife, and narcotics.

Delaware law enforcement sources tell First State Update that Gibson is a person of interest in the shooting death of Christine Lugo. Lugo is the Philadelphia Dunkin Donuts manager that was murdered during a robbery this past weekend.

Gibson is also a person of interest in the  Elsmere cellphone store murder of Leslie Ruiz-Basilio, according to sources.

In February Gibson’s mother was found murder in Philadelphia. Police believe he is responsible for her death.
