Crews are responding to the 1100 block of West 2nd in Wilmington for reports of a shooting.
Initial reports from the scene indicate that four people have been shot at that location. First arriving are reporting that at least one patient has been transported by personal vehilcle.
Shooter may be in the area. Avoid the area.
