Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 8:49 Saturday evening in the 2700 block of Bowers Street.
Police said they located 20-year-old Marquise Holmes suffering from gunshot wounds. Holmes was transported to the hospital where succumbed to his injuries.
