Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred over the weekend.
Police said on Saturday evening just after 8:00 they located Zion Davis-Shelton, 18, of New Castle, fatally shot in the unit block of West 27th Street. This shooting was the second fatal shooting over the weekend.
On Friday a 14-year-old and a 17-year-old were hospitalized after being found shot in Wilmington
On Monday police found a 16-year-old boy who had been shot at approximately 7:52 p.m. in the area of 7th and West Streets. He is hospitalized in stable condition.
