Pedestrian Struck In Wilmington Manor Seriously Injury Tuesday

At approximately 4:55 p.m., New Castle County Paramedics, Wilmington Manor Fire Company, Delaware Air Guard Fire Department, and Delaware State Police Aviation were dispatched to the intersection of North
Dupont Highway and Parkway Plaza for reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.

officials said upon arrival, New Castle County Paramedics found a single patient lying in the roadway. An approximately 35-year-old male was treated for a head injury and possible internal injuries. He was transported to Christiana
Hospital via Wilmington Manor Fire Company ambulance, accompanied by New Castle County Paramedics, in serious condition.

Delaware State Police is investigating the crash.
