Four Children Struck By Vehicle Thursday Night Near Talleyville

At approximately 9:15 p.m., New Castle County Paramedics (NCCEMS) Talleyville Fire Company, Brandywine Hundred Fire Company, Claymont Fire Company, and Delaware State Police Aviation were dispatched to the 1900 block of Foulk Road for reports of multiple pedestrians struck by a vehicle, according to NCCEMS Assistant PIO Emily Mallon.

Mallon said upon arrival, New Castle County Paramedics found a total of 4 patients.

All four children, ages 15,15,13, and 12 were all transported to  Nemours Alfred I. duPont Children’s Hospital ambulance with lower extremity injuries. All were in stable condition at the time of transport..

Delaware State Police are investigating the crash.
