Video: Man Injured By Falling Tree Branch In Pike Creek Airlifted To Trauma Center

Just after 11:30, Thursday morning rescue crews from the Mill Creek Fire Company responded to a home on New Granville Road in Pike Creek for reports of a traumatic injury.

Initial reports from the scene indicate that a man was trimming a tree at the home when a branch fell on him.

Trooper 4, also alerted to the incident,  landed at the nearby Pike Creek Shopping Center.  The patient was transported via Mill Creek ambulance to the helicopter landing zone.

The patient was then airlifted to CER with unknown injuries.
