Police: Accidental Shooting Sends 14-Year-Old To Hospital In Critical Condition

Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 3:45 p.m. in the 200 block of West 30th Street, officials said Thursday.

Police said they located a 14-year-old male gunshot victim inside of a residence. Sources tell FSU that the victim was shot in the neck. Police said he was transported to the hospital in critical condition.

This incident is believed to have been accidental in nature.
