Just after 8:00 Monday Morning rescue crews along with Delaware State Police responded to Marsh Road in the area if the SB off-ramp of I-95 for reports a motor vehicle accident with injuries.
First arriving reported that one patient was trapped and closed the road.
Initial reports indicate that one patient was transported to Wilmington Hospital by ambulance. The patient that was trapped was later extricated and flown to the Trauma Center in serious condition.
Marsh Road in currently closed in the area of the accident.
