Earlier this morning a patient was transported from Nanticoke Hospital in Bridgeville to Christiana Hospital via LifeNet in critical condition.
The patient, a man reportedly in his 20s, was originally taken to Nanticoke Hospital after a police chase ended with the man being ejected from his vehicle.
At this time we have not been able to confirm the location of the accident, however, an accident that fits the description of this accident occurred in Bridgeville just before 6:00 Friday morning.
The Bridgeville accident occurred in the area of Weller Utility Trailers, located at 16889 N Main Street. In the Bridgeville accident, the patient was in critical condition when crews arrived and the scene. The patient in the Bridgeville accident was transported to Nanticoke Hospital by ambulance.
