Police Investigating Shooting At McDonald’s Wednesday

Wilmington Police are currently investigating a shooting incident that took place at the McDonald’s located at West 4th and North Monroe Streets at approximately 11:19 a.m.

During the incident, a 42-year-old male victim suffering from gunshot wounds was found shot. The victim was transported to a hospital where he is currently receiving medical treatment and is reported to be in stable condition.

As the investigation continues, law enforcement officials are appealing to the public for any information that could assist in their inquiries.
