The Dover Police Department is currently investigating a shooting incident that took place on the evening of Wednesday, April 10th, 2024.
Officials said the incident occurred around 4:46 p.m. at Dover Park, located at 1200 White Oak Road in Dover. According to police officers were dispatched to the scene following reports of gunfire within the park. Upon arrival, police observed multiple individuals fleeing the area.
At the location, officers discovered several spent shell casings. There have been no injuries reported in connection with this incident. As of now, no suspects have been identified.
