Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting that occurred on Sunday, June 1, 2025, in the city’s west side.
At approximately 9:18 p.m., officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 1300 block of Linden Street. Upon arrival, investigators learned that a 23-year-old male gunshot victim had already been transported to the hospital. Police said the victim was reported to be in stable condition.
The incident remains under investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division. Authorities have not yet released any suspect information or disclosed the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
