A suspect wanted in connection with a fatal domestic-related incident was apprehended Friday evening in Bear.
According to Milford Police Sgt. Timothy Maloney, Joseph M. Greene, 42, of Milford, Delaware, was taken into custody without incident at approximately 6:45 p.m. on July 11, 2025. The arrest was carried out with the assistance of the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force and the Delaware State Police Special Operations Response Team (S.O.R.T.).
Greene is facing charges including Murder 1st Degree in relation to the killing of Kyle Tribble of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The homicide occurred the previous night. Officials said the initial investigation revealed that the victim and suspect were engaged in an argument which resulted in the Tribble being shot.
Authorities stated that a full list of charges and bond information will be released the following morning.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
