Middletown Police: Serial Flasher Caught On Video

Middletown – The Middletown Police is continuing to actively investigate a series of indecent exposure and trespass with intent to peep incidents that have occurred over the course of the last few months, according to Middletown Police Chief Michael J. Iglio.

Iglio said the Middletown Police Department has linked the same suspect to at least eight incidents, six of which occurred in the downtown commercial district during the evening hours. The additional two incidents have occurred in the North Broad Street area; in the area of the 400-700 block during similar times.

In a majority of the cases the suspect exposes his genitalia to a female victim, said Iglio. The suspect is described as a black male in his late teens to early twenties, short crew cut style hair cut, light to medium complexion, approximately 5’09-6’0” in height, with an average build.
