Police: Man Shot In The Face During Domestic Dispute, One In Custody

Wilmington – On Monday, 12 February 2018, at approximately 2:15 am Wilmington Police were summoned to the 2200 block of N. Pine Street with regard to a domestic-related shooting, according to authorities.

Officials said upon their arrival, officers made contact with the suspect, who was apprehended without incident.

Officers made contact with a 26-year-old male who sustained a gunshot wound to his face inside the home. The male victim was treated on scene by New Castle County paramedics before being transported to the Christiana Hospital in critical condition.
