All three lanes of Northbound Route 13/North DuPont Highway at Leipsic Road (near Pizza Hut and The Home Depot) are completely closed as crews work to repair a utility pole that was damaged in a vehicle accident earlier this morning. As of 6:50AM, the road was expected to be closed for at least another 2-3 hours.
All northbound traffic is being detoured to Leipsic Road. Dover Police urge you to to avoid the area and seek alternate routes of travel.
