Middletown – Rescue crews from Odessa Fire Company, along with New Castle County Paramedics, Delaware State Police and Trooper 4 (Delaware State Police Aviation) have responded to Route 13 near Port Penn Road for reports of a motor vehicle accident involving a motorcycle.
Upon arrival, crews are reporting that the helicopter will be utilized for transport.
Update: The patient is in the helicopter and is en route to the Christiana Hospital trauma center with serious injuries.
