The New Castle County Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the subject in the photograph.
The subject in the photograph it suspected to be responsible for multiple acts of Criminal Mischief, according to police. This photo was taken in the community of Chalfonte in the area of Shipley Road and Lori Lane.
