Fournier said the incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday November 16, 2016 as troopers responded to the area of Church Road and Concord Pond Road for a report of shots fired in the area.

When troopers arrived, they were contacted by some residents who advised there were multiple gunshots that were fired in the direction of their houses, Fournier said. Shell casings were located on the roadway and one of the victim’s vehicles sustained a bullet hole.
