The Newark Police are releasing two photos of the suspect in the theft of a cellular phone on January 30, 2019, at the Park ‘N Shop Liquors located at 275 South Main Street, according to Lt Andrew Rubin.
The suspect is described as a black female wearing blue sweat pants, a blue hooded sweatshirt, a gray coat and a gray baseball hat with “Cabela’s” written on it. Rubin said the suspect was seen arriving and leaving in the passenger seat of a gray Honda Civic.
