Wilmington – Firefighters from across New Castle County have responded to the Limestone Terrace Apartments (4603 PATRICIAN BLVD) near the intersection of Limestone Road and Kirkwood Highway.
Crews arriving have reported heavy fire showing. Command has struck a 2nd alarm.
Crews are reporting fire through the roof.
Command has ordered all firefighters out of the building fearing a collapse.
Displaced residents are being shuttled to St Mark’s Church next to Stanton Middle School.
Command is advising that between 12 and 17 residents have been displaced by the fire.
