Dover – A stretch of College Road in Dover has been closed due to police activity.
Local residents tell First State Update that they are hearing that a subject is barricaded. That has not been confirmed by police.
DelDOT released the following statement on their website just before 1:00 pm on Friday”
“COLLEGE RD IS CLOSED BTWN KENTON RD & OAKMONT DR DUE TO POLICE ACTIVITY.
Effect / Impact: FOLLOW FIRST RESPONDERS ORDERS ON SCENE. County: Kent County”
