Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 7:58 p.m. in the area of 24th and Carter Streets.
Police located an 18-year-old male gunshot victim who arrived at the hospital and is listed in stable condition.
This incident is the latest in a string of shootings that have occurred in this general area over the last two weeks
