Police: Former Employee Charged With Burglary, Wearing a Disguise, Released

The Dover Police Department arrested a 19-year-old man after a burglary at the Valero station on Forrest Avenue Sunday morning, according to Public Information Office
Sergeant Mark Hoffman.

Hoffman said at approximately 2:55 a.m., officers responded to the store for a burglary alarm. When a manager responded, it was determined that the suspect, Christopher Mosley, was a former employee of the business, according to Hoffman.

Mosley entered the business, possibly with a key, and attempted to open the ATM with another key, added Hoffman. Mosley failed to gain access to the ATM and then stole 14 packs of cigarettes before fleeing on foot. A short time later, officers located Mosley at a nearby business and took him into custody without incident.

Mosley was released on an O.R. bond on the following charges:
-Wearing a Disguise During Commission of Felony
-Burglary 3rd Degree
-Theft Under $1,500
