Man Shot In The Face In Dover Wednesday, Condition Unknown

The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a 26-year-old male severely injured on Wednesday morning, according to Public Information Office Sergeant Mark Hoffman.

Hoffman said officers were called to Building F on Fairway Lakes Drive for a report of shots fired at 6:32 a.m. Responding officers located the male victim with gunshot wounds to his face, arm, and torso and immediately rendered aid until medical personnel arrived and transported him to Kent General Hospital for treatment.

There is no update on the victim’s condition at the time of release, said Hoffman.
