Target is building a team to operate its new Logan Township facility and is hosting a job fair this week to begin its hiring efforts of approximately 4,000 team members, including managers, warehouse team members and operational support staff.
The job fair will take place Saturday, July 24 at the Target Logan Township facility (300 Creekview Ave.). Interested candidates are encouraged to apply in advance of the event by visiting Target.com/careers. This event will be an opportunity for applicants to explore Target’s dynamic, team-oriented culture and learn more about the various positions available.
“As we prepare to open our facility this year, we look forward to adding 4,000 new jobs across Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania metro areas,” said Amanda Lovelace Tobicash, senior distribution director, Target. “This facility will primarily support stores across the greater New Jersey market, so they have sufficient inventory needed to support in-store and online shopping needs and bring an easy and inspiring shopping experience to local guests.”
Target is committed to offering market-competitive pay and benefits, with a starting wage of $20 an hour and a $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days for those hired before Oct. 30, 2021. Financial benefits include 401(k) and tuition reimbursements.
