Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred at approximately 10:16 p.m. Sunday in the 2200 block of North Spruce Street.
Police located a 40-year-old male gunshot victim who succumbed to his injuries.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
