Troopers Seeking Answers In Suspicious Death Of Clayton Man, $5000 Reward

The Delaware State Police Homicide Unit continues to investigate the suspicious death of James Leager, 63, of Clayton, Delaware. On April 27, 2016, James was found in his vehicle on a farm property in the 700 block of Blackbird Greenspring Road. James was suffering from serious injuries and was transported to Kent General Hospital, where he remained until May 17, 2016, after succumbing to his injuries. James was a life-long resident of the Smyrna-Clayton area and was well known in the community.
