Delaware State Police are seeking the public’s assistance locating Edward Stewart, 33, of Bridgeville, Delaware.
Police said Stewart is wanted in connection with a domestic-related shooting of an adult victim and firing a weapon in the presence of two children during an altercation in the Greenwood area. Stewart has an active warrant for the following crimes:
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony (Felony)
- Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited (Felony)
- Assault Second Degree (Felony)
- Reckless Endangering First Degree (Felony)- 3 counts
- Aggravated Menacing (Felony)
- Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Felony)- 2 counts
Attempts to find Stewart have been unsuccessful. He is described as a black male, standing approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 220 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Troopers are asking for the community’s assistance in locating him.
