Multi-Vehicle Crash Closes Kirkwood Highway Again

Newark – Three vehicles collided near the Newark Farmers Market this morning , in the 2300 block of Capitol Trail (Kirkwood Highway), bringing traffic to a halt.  State Police and rescue crews closed West Bound Kirkwood Highway for a couple of hours as they cleared the scene.
