A motorcycle rider sustained serious injuries following a collision with a deer in the 4100 block of Firetower Road in Felton. The incident occurred at approximately 5:40 PM on Sunday.
Due to the nature of the injuries, Delaware State Police Aviation’s Trooper 2 was dispatched to provide transport to the Christiana Hospital Trauma Center.
The patient is currently en route to the hospital.
