London Grove Township, PA – On May 6, 2024, at approximately 10:25 a.m., troopers from the Pennsylvania State Police – Avondale Station responded to a report of a potential violent threat at the Avon Grove Charter School located at 110 State Road in London Grove Township, Chester County.
Authorities said they identified the situation as a threat of violence directed at the school’s students. As a result of their investigation, a 17-year-old female juvenile was taken into custody by the Criminal Investigation Unit.
Officials did not list the nature of the threat in their briefing.
