Oxford PA Incident Ends With Charges

Chester County Desk – Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a harassment incident involving physical contact that occurred on the evening of February 13, 2025, at the Liberty Gas station in Oxford, Chester County.

According to a public information release report from the Avondale Patrol Unit, troopers were dispatched to the gas station around 8:31 p.m. following a disturbance call. Upon arrival, they identified and made contact with the individuals involved in the altercation.

Authorities have identified the arrestee as a 20-year-old male from Parkesburg, Pennsylvania. The victim was listed as a 52-year-old male from Oxford, Pennsylvania.

Investigators have prepared appropriate charges against the arrestee, though specific details regarding the nature of the harassment or any potential injuries were not disclosed. Pennsylvania State Police said that the case remains under investigation.
