Police Update Tuesday Morning’s Quadruple Shooting

Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting that left four people injured Tuesday morning in the area of 10th and Spruce Streets.

Police responded to the area at approximately 6:11 a.m. and located four people suffering from gunshot wounds. The victims were identified as a 23-year-old man, a 40-year-old man, a 49-year-old man and a 53-year-old woman.

All four victims were transported to the hospital and were listed in stable condition.

The shooting remains under investigation. Police have not released information regarding the circumstances surrounding the shooting or whether any suspects have been identified.
