A 39-year-old Claymont, Delaware, woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop in Chester, Pennsylvania, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Marian Cox was arrested following an incident that occurred on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at approximately 1:03 a.m. in the area of 1622 West 9th Street in Chester, Delaware County.
According to a Pennsylvania State Police public information release, a trooper with the Media Patrol Unit initiated a traffic stop involving a black 2020 Chevrolet Equinox operated by Cox.
During the subsequent investigation, troopers determined that Cox had been operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol police said Tuesday.
The incident was investigated by a Trooper out of the Pennsylvania State Police Media Patrol Unit.
