Dover Police said that just after 1 a.m. on Saturday a large fight broke out at a party and an unknown suspect began firing multiple shots. A 25-year-old male was struck in the thigh and treated at Bayhealth Kent General Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. It appears the victim was not an intended target, but was attending the party, police said
