Elkton, Md. – Early this morning just after midnight Aetna Hose, Hook and Ladder’s Engine 9, Quint 7, and Deputy 8 assisted the Singerly Fire Company on a 2nd alarm commercial structure fire on Stonegate Boulevard.
The building on fire was the leasing office at the Stonegate Apartment Homes in Elkton. The apartments sit just across from the Wawa along the MD/DE state line.
It’s not clear what started the blaze or how much damage the property sustained.
