Fueling Accident Destroys Pickup Truck In Salisbury


Salisbury, MD. – Just before 5:00 pm on Friday, August 11, 2017, crews from the Parsonsburg Volunteer Fire Company responded to the the Bethel United Methodist Church, located at 7026 Bethel Church Road, for reports of a vehicle fire.

Arriving crews crews found a 1998 F-250 on fire due to an accidental, ignition of flammable liquid during fueling operation of generator.

A crew of 12 firefighters took approximately 15 minutes to extinguish the blaze, according to authorities.
