Texas Police Officer’s Dash Cam Captures Home Exploding, Three Injured

Hurst, Texas – On April 7, 2018  an SUV crashed into a home in the 400 block of Myrtle Drive, severing the gas line in the home.

Unaware of the gas buildup in the home, Hurst Police Officer, Travis Hiser walked toward the scene of the crash. As he approached the home it exploded.

Officer Hiser’s dash cam footage captured the incident.

The blast injured three people in the residence, one critically. All are expected to recover, according to authorities.

Alejandro Enriquez-Castro, 35, was arrested at the scene on charges of not having a driver’s license.
