Delaware and Pennsylvania authorities are currently on scene near the intersection of Beaver Dam Road and Beaver Valley Road for an overturned asphalt truck blocking the roadway.

The crash was reported just before 11:30 this morning as an injury accident but crews from the Talleyville Fire Company quickly determined that the driver of the truck was uninjured.

The truck sustained heavy damage as if overturned, spilling its load of asphalt across the roadway.

A representative from the National Park Service, who owns land on both sides of the road, was on scene to determine whether or not the crash had caused any environmental damage.

The road remains closed as crews work to clear the accident.
