Man Shot In The Back After Parking His Car In Wilmington

Late last night, Monday, August 20, 2018, at around 10:50, Wilmington Police responded to the 2000 Block N. Jefferson Street regarding a complaint of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers located a 22-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to his back.

The victim reported that he parked his vehicle in the block when unknown subjects began firing at him. The victim was transported to Christiana Hospital in stable condition.
