Just before 7:30 this morning, rescue crews from the Millsboro Fire Company respond to Dupont Blvd and Ave Of Honor for reports of a multi-vehicle crash with injuries.
Upon arrival, crews reported that at least one patient was trapped and requested at least two ambulances to the scene.
Early reports indicate that one patient may have been unresponsive.
Trooper 2 (Delaware State Police Aviation Sussex County) has transported at least one patient to the Peninsula Regional Medical Center (PRMC) in Salisbury, Maryland.
Route 113 was shut down in the area to allow the helicopter to land.
