On Monday, October 8, 2018, a 37-year-old inmate housed at the Sussex Correctional Institution (SCI) in Georgetown passed away. Tiffany Reeves (DOB 10/21/1980) was pronounced dead at 6:12 a.m.
Reeves, of Smyrna, Delaware, was a detentioner held on $1,202 bond awaiting future court proceedings.
Reeves’ body was turned over to the State Division of Forensic Science, as is standard procedure. Her next of kin has been notified.
Foul play is not suspected.
