Wilmington – Just before 3:00 this afternoon, February 13, 2019, New Castle County EMS, Wilmington Fire Department, and Saint Francis EMS and Delaware State Police responded to I-495 NB in the area of 12th Street for a rollover crash.
On arrival, two patients, one male, one female were found with minor injuries, according to Paramedic Senior Corporal Ruoy L. Koontz.
Patient #1 – 21-year-old female with no complaint was transported in stable condition via Saint Francis EMS.
Patient #2 – a 36-year-old male with minor extremity injuries was transported in stable condition via Saint Francis EMS, accompanied by New Castle County Paramedics.
