New Castle – On Monday, March 4, officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the area of Castlebrook Apartments on the 500 block of South Dupont Highway in reference to a vehicle theft.
During an investigation into the theft, the officers were able to locate surveillance footage of the suspects walking through the complex, according to police.
