One Dead, One In Stable Condition After Double Shooting In Wilmington

The Wilmington Police Departments has released details regarding the double shooting we first told you about last night.

Police say that on Wednesday, March 6, at approximately 9:54 p.m., they received reports of shots fired in the area of the 700 block of Tatnall Street. Officers on directed patrol nearby responded to the scene and located two victims.

The first victim, a 29-year-old Dover man, was transported to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

The second victim, a 29-year-old Philadelphia woman, was transported to the hospital for treatment and was listed in stable condition.

This is an ongoing investigation and updates will be shared when they are available.
